When you make a purchase or reservation through the Bayer Website (hereinafter referred to as "This Website"), or use services provided by other websites (hereinafter referred to as "This Service"), you agree to the following Return and Exchange Policy (hereinafter referred to as "Website Service Policy").
- You can request a return within 7 days after the order is confirmed. Requests made after this period cannot be processed!
- Only severely damaged new items can be exchanged (requests must be submitted within 48 hours; late requests cannot be accommodated).
